At PrepEM Wild, we’re committed to getting your gear to you quickly and reliably—because preparation shouldn’t wait.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. During high-demand periods or product launches, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always communicate updates via email.

Shipping Options

We ship anywhere in the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

• Overnight Shipping: Available at checkout (when applicable)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance, weather, or regional delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order anytime through your PrepEM Wild account or confirmation email link.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, location, and delivery speed. 

International Shipping

At this time, PrepEM Wild ships only within the United States. We’re exploring options to expand internationally—sign up for our newsletter to stay updated.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact info@prepemwild.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you get your gear.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to PO Boxes and military addresses via USPS. Some oversized items may have delivery restrictions.
